Return & Refund policy

You can request a return by logging in HERE using the email address/account associated with your order but PLEASE READ our Return and Refund Policy below first.  Thanks.

We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of the date the payment was made.  If your item doesn't fit right, doesn't meet your needs, or you just changed your mind then you can send it back for a refund.  Returned items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • Have all tags still attached
  • In the same packaging as when shipped and the packaging must be in good condition (so please do not destroy packaging when you open the products to try them on!).

Basically, we ask that merchandise comes back to us in original condition so it can be sold to someone else. Please pack the return shipment carefully so that no damage occurs in transit.

For a normal return the return shipping will be at the customer's expense and any outgoing shipping charges on the order are not refunded (because the shipping companies will not refund them to us).  If we made a mistake on your order or your purchase is damaged in transit then we will cover the costs to correct.

Items must be received and inspected before refund or shipment of replacement.  A restocking fee may be withheld to cover the costs of shipping, damage, soiling, altered packaging, etc.
